The service department went above and beyond my expectations recently! I brought my 2021 A6 in for a regular service appointment. I also needed to have 2 recall items serviced along with an inspec expectations recently! I brought my 2021 A6 in for a regular service appointment. I also needed to have 2 recall items serviced along with an inspection. I was told was told the one recall would have to be done later in March and my car would not be ready until Monday. My wife was away with her Q3 leaving me without a car for the weekend. Doug, my service agent arranged a Lyft ride to the dealership and I was given an A4 loaner for the weekend! When I returned to get my A6 the following Monday, I was told both recall items were completed! A mechanic worked overtime that Saturday so that my A6 would be ready Monday! Audi of Devon has my vote for providing Outstanding Customer Service! Many thanks to Doug, my service agent, and the mechanic for making it all happen! More
