The entire team at Audi Devon is extremely professional. I brought my 2023 Q7 in for a regular service appointment a couple of months ago and worked with Doug in service. Doug and I both thought this would take a week or two, but it ended up taking a bit more time due to parts not being available. During this ENTIRE time, AUDI provided me with a Q7 loaner for our family and Doug consistently gave us updates. After some back and forth with Doug and the service team, I was told it was going to be a bit more time and I requested to possibly look for a new car. They also agreed and made the process easy. I worked with Audi Devon and VOLKSWAGEN Group of America, Inc. to repurchase my current car, and help me locate a 2024 SQ7 in the exact configuration we were looking for. The communication throughout this process was extremely professional and the result was great for all involved. I can't recommend them enough. More

I worked with Ibrahim Kourbeh to purchase a 2024 A6 allroad from Devon Audi in fall 2023. The overall experience with Ibrahim was fantastic from the beginning when I ordered the car in late August 2023 allroad from Devon Audi in fall 2023. The overall experience with Ibrahim was fantastic from the beginning when I ordered the car in late August 2023 to the day I picked it up on December 23, 2023. Ibrahim clearly explained the ordering process and options so that there was no confusion. He kept me apprised while the car was being built and made sure that upon delivery everything went smoothly and flawlessly. On delivery day, not only did he clearly explain the important features of the car, he also went through the trouble to correctly set up both the allroad as well as my existing Q7 so that I can use the Audi app on the iPhone for both cars. The Q7 registration process was incomplete since I had purchased that car two years ago from a different dealership which did not care or understand these things. Compared to when I picked up the Q7 from Jack Daniels at Upper Saddle River a few years back, this ordering and pickup experience were professional and classy, they actually made me feel like a valued customer, which is rare. I also worked with Demery Hanna in finance, which also was a pleasant and professional experience, she completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, keeping in mind my 3 hour drive home. Altogether, I cannot recommend Ibrahim enough for his knowledge of Audis, his passion for cars in general, and his professionalism which is second to none. My only reservation is that Devon Audi is about 130 miles away from my house, I wish they were closer. More
