setting the appointment for service was done easily online. Service department entrance was neat and clean and efficient. Met with Andre who wrote up the work order and advised me as to what was bein online. Service department entrance was neat and clean and efficient. Upon return, another employee went over the details and explained what exactly was done. Our Q5 was washed and waiting in the garage.
