Audi Devon always is a clean environment. Staff is friendly and efficient. Been extremely disappointed with my 2020 A7 but the issue is not with the dealership. Audi corporate is aware of a signific friendly and efficient. Been extremely disappointed with my 2020 A7 but the issue is not with the dealership. Audi corporate is aware of a significant drive system issue since I first got the vehicle but they've not issued the software upgrade solution due to the limited A7's that are experiencing the issue. Check engine light remains on 24/7 and vehicle needs to be re-started frequently in order to have all cylinders fire. Been told by the dealership I'm on the list for the software fix when it is released. More

I live out of state but have family in PA, and I will drive the 5 hours to come to Audi Devon! They do high quality work, always in the agreed upon timeframe, and you know you can trust them! The service department has been incredibly professional in both my visits there. My problem with this dealership now is the waiting area which is incorporated into the showroom constantly has sales people in both my visits there. This is unacceptable at this time that Covid still runs rampant and not everyone is vaccinated. There are many asymptomatic Covid carriers out there, some may be in your waiting area or some may be working there!! Arrived for random help with my tire pressure light on. Left with over a $1000.00 repair on a number of other issues. Although, this was a major shock and definitely not budgeted for.. I felt comfortable accepting the issues as needing to be fixed. I was very unhappy with (low miles) Audi Q5 I purchased at a neighboring Infinity dealership to say the least. My next purchase will be with Audi Devon. More
