Audi Des Moines Customer Service Representatives On November 7th 2016, Customer Service Representatives and Service Manager ignored customer with a 2006 Audi A3. Customer was scheduled to bring her On November 7th 2016, Customer Service Representatives and Service Manager ignored customer with a 2006 Audi A3. Customer was scheduled to bring her Audi A3 in at 10 A.M. to remove rim to ascertain if bolt pattern was 5 x 112 or 5 x 110. A female customer service representative didn't understand bolt patterns and confused it with tire size. The Service Manager who was an older man was busy doing something else and ignored the 2006 Audi A3 owner. Service Manager showed no interest in assisting the Audi owner. The reality of Des Moines Audi's so-called Great Customer Service referenced by other Audi owners on this web site applies only to newer Audi's under warranty. Audi Des Moines does not care to service the older Audi. However; they want do want to sell or lease a new model. Dealerships like Audi Des Moines have only one mission: Sell Cars and service the Audi still under warranty...not assist owners with older models. Love Audi's. But will never buy on from Audi Des Moines. The 2006 Audi A3 owner was assisted by the Volkswagen Dealership next door. Those folks understand what Customer Service is all about. Audi Des Moines employees need to take lessons from them. More

Poor service I took my Audi Q3 in for 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on Thursday 9/15. I was informed my vehicle also was due for a software update which I took my Audi Q3 in for 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on Thursday 9/15. I was informed my vehicle also was due for a software update which was performed. I live a little over 1 1/2 hour from Des Moines so visits are a full day. On the way home I noticed that the " inspection due" light was on as well as the tire pressure monitoring system light which prompted me to check all 4 tires and reset TPMS. I called but everyone was gone for the day. I called about 8 the next morning and was told possibly technician forgot to reset but would check and call me back. I also mentioned the speed display was different but was told probably update and to play with it. no one had called back by 4 so I called back but got the machine even though it said they would be there til 5 and left a message. On Saturday I had a message about my satisfaction with my visit but not a call from the sevice department. When I called back about 1:30 I got the machine and left another message. On Monday I did receive a call back and was told possibly the update caused the alerts and I could bring it in. With a 1 1/2 hour drive to Des Moines that was not something I opted to do. I will have to have my tire pressure checked locally and reset the monitor but the "inspection due" light will have to stay on since only an Audi dealer has the scanner to change it. The staff while I was at the dealership was fine but I definitely feel the followup service was lacking and unprofessional. More

Excellent service Recently leased a 2015 A4 and brought it in for the initial 5000 mile scheduled maintenance. The service department could not be easier to deal with. The appointment worked perfectly with my schedule, and the work was done well ahead of time. I really appreciated getting my car washed at the end! I will not be going anywhere else for maintenance.
