Good but not Great The appointment set up was easy, the summer tires I ordered came in a timely manner, the service guy sent a great video but it went a little sideways The appointment set up was easy, the summer tires I ordered came in a timely manner, the service guy sent a great video but it went a little sideways from there. There was a strong lack of communication about when my vehicle was done. The check out was long and they had to manually enter my card several times (even though there was no problem with my AMEX), the car didn't show any signs of being wiped sanitized on the inside, even though service was in there. My husband had to pull around and load up the winter tires in his truck. Overall, my son gets better service at Chevy. I guess with a luxury brand, I just expected a little more. More

However, this time I offered to drive my car to the dealership (a good excuse to get out of the house and go somewhere!). They gave me a new A6 Audi for a loaner, which I had for a week while my car was being repaired under warranty. Even before I got back home, Bryan Adams texted me a video clip showing the underneath side of my car and a diagnosis of the problem. They immediately ordered the part and got the car repaired as soon as the part arrived. Upon picking my car up, it was freshly washed and ready to go. More

They Brought Me My Car I live in Ames, 30+ miles from the dealership. I brought my A4 in for some bodywork, recall work, and detailing on a Friday. As the work was nearing completion, they noted it needed to dry further. I already was planning on taking the loaner down, but they called and said they advised it dry out further.
