The service of an oil change was done quickly. The video of the cars belly was really a nice feature. I could actually see the parts and how they were performing. Good reaction service We recently were due for service on our A6 that we purchased last year. The service went fine, but the same day (Friday late in the day) a service mal We recently were due for service on our A6 that we purchased last year. The service went fine, but the same day (Friday late in the day) a service malfunction light came on and wouldn’t turn off. We called Audi Des Moines the next morning and even though they didn’t have any loaners available they managed to make one work for us, they wouldn't be able to look at it till Monday. The service was completely timely on Monday and they stayed in contact with us as they progressed. They even provide you a cool video link of the service conducted and the undercarriage of the vehicle (which most of us never see!). Overall, very pleased with the service and ability to react on the fly to something unexpected. More

Service advisor boarderline rude and even basically called me a liar stating I didn’t mentioned a primary problem I had been having despite That was 50% of why I wanted the cars alignment done.
