No appointment and they took a look at the car very quickly. The service itself was great. Doubled up on the contact (contacted my wife and I at the same time) which was a little annoying but better quickly. The service itself was great. The service department was top notch! The service desk employee was friendly and showed me where everything was for the time while I waited.
