Audi Des Moines sold me a car with 93k miles and the engine light went on on my way home from purchasing it. I brought it back in and they said I would have to pay $600 for repair. After a couple minute engine light went on on my way home from purchasing it. I brought it back in and they said I would have to pay $600 for repair. After a couple minutes of argument, they tried bribing me into leaving a 5 star review in exchange for them fixing it for free. They "fixed" my car and the engine light went back on 2 days later and needed a new timing chain for $3,000; which they obviously knew when they sold it to me. The salesman AJ was extremely demeaning and asked me if my dad was going to be paying for my car on the way out in a snarky way. This was an awful experience and the timing chain situation has happened to many others in the reviews as well. More
