Great at everything, except under the terms of Audi's prepaid service agreement, a loaner car is supposed to be made available. My service advisor worked out travel arrangements for me. A friend of mine has the same problem with her dealer in the Twin Cities which leads me to the conclusion it is an Audi problem. More
