As an out of State Audi Customer he made sure that the Service Consultant, extremely detailed oriented well experienced with a likeable personality. As an out of State Audi Customer he made sure that the correct Parts were ordered & received before appointment/installation, in addition the work scope & pricing provided beforehand was spot on.
