Bought a certified 2018 Audi S4 from out of state and the process was poor from the start. While very friendly, the communication was poor, and the out-of-state buying process was stressful and time consumin process was poor from the start. They said they were going to repair the road rash on the wheels for me, and to my surprise when the car arrived at my house, the road rash wasn't even touched. Even worse, they forgot to send the paperwork back with the car, so I couldn't get my out of state inspection done and get the car registered to actually drive on the road until a week after the car arrived. So although very friendly, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and unkept promises, especially considering when you're buying a car at the level of an S4. More

Very good to work wit so far. There ere a few paint chips and a small drivers dent on the drivers door. I thought that these should have been fixed before I had driven all the way up from Lees Summit Mo to g and a small drivers dent on the drivers door. I thought that these should have been fixed before I had driven all the way up from Lees Summit Mo to get the Audi, but they did fix these while I was there in less than an hour, which makes me believe they could have been fixed before I came. Also, I am still waiting for the dealership to send me the Title with the lien holder on it, because Missouri requires this in order for me to get the car licensed here in Missouri. While at the dealership I did inquire with them about the Title, but they informed me that it would go to the lender and then when I paid it off the lender would send it to me. This is not what’s the star of Missouri requires. Subsequently, we just have the car parked in our garage until we receive the Title. Once the car is paid off, the lender should send us a lien release at which time I send it to Missouri’s department of Revenue and in turn they will send us a clean tile with no lien. We greatly appreciate this to be addressed ASAP.. More
