My wife purchased a 2013 Malibu 1LT back in July. There is not much positive about the transaction. 1. Marco The Sales Person and sales manager ignored it 2. we got to finance and Alexandr did not even want to sell us an extended warranty. He finally did but then told us that we had to come back there for service. 3. Alexandr Asked if we wanted the specialty plates .. we said no because it's an unnecessary cost. 46 days later we get the black specialty plate in the mail at the extra cost. 3. 2 days later the check engine light comes on so we take it to Lithia. And Lithia Service tell her there is nothing they can do except reset the code P2097 4. We then took it to a local GM dealership and they told us that the extended warranty is good at any ASE certified dealership they replaced the injectors, the high pressure line and The Mass Air Flow ( MAF) Sensor after the light came on two more times since then. 5. The same code P2097 came up again today And we'll take it back in to service again this week. **Check The negative reviews. We are not the only customers dealing with apathy with Lithia** Hard to believe they OWN ACURA, VOLKSWAGEN, MERCEDES-BENZ, BMW, SUBARU and MAZDA in Des Moines as well. I leased a 2019 Jetta which went in for two scheduled maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. At 26,099 miles rear tires are cupped. Meaning ruined. Meaning I have to buy new tires at $500+ More
