I’ve had ongoing issues with this dealership. Frankly I often find any alternative pathway for work including traveling to two different dealerships in neighboring states. Dealer should consider fixed pricing instead of negotiations. When you up charge and increase the price of the vehicle the dealer comes across as dishonest. It took me 3.5 hours to purchase the veh negotiations. When you up charge and increase the price of the vehicle the dealer comes across as dishonest. It took me 3.5 hours to purchase the vehicle after my test drive. Simplify your sales procedure. I didn’t want to negotiate with the manager or finance guy. Empower your sales person to complete the sale and present the vehicle to the customer. I spent 4.5 hours there before driving away with the vehicle I came there to buy. No more going to the back to “talk to my manager” to make a better deal. Modernize the way you “deal” cars to come across as upfront, honest, no bull. More
