I was disappointed that the issue wasn't diagnosed correctly the first time and lead to a labor charge that led to no improvement in my situation and this charge wasn't refunded. We were initially interested in the dealership due to the large variety of vehicles. Contacted about test driving 3 cars. Got a quick reply about 1. Confirmed we wanted to see 3 cars- got confirmation and large variety of vehicles. Contacted about test driving 3 cars. Got a quick reply about 1. We were early and drove through the lot to see if there was anything new and noted all three cars we were driving were still parked out in the general lot. Walked in at the scheduled time and our sales person couldn't be found. When they were found, they couldn't find the car and had no recollection of us wanting to see the other two vehicles. A different sales person brought the car keys over very shortly after stating the keys were were they should be. We test drove the first car after a long pitch about how great that car was and came back for the next car. The sales person was no where to be found. Left keys on their desk and left. Bought a vehicle at a different dealership 20 minutes later. The other sales associates were wonderful in greeting us, tracking down who we were supposed to meet with, apologizing for the wait, and locating the keys for the first vehicle. I don't know if our sales associate was new, having an off day, or we just weren't worth their time. More
