Poor service I took my Audi Q3 in for 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on Thursday 9/15. I was informed my vehicle also was due for a software update which I took my Audi Q3 in for 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on Thursday 9/15. I was informed my vehicle also was due for a software update which was performed. I live a little over 1 1/2 hour from Des Moines so visits are a full day. On the way home I noticed that the " inspection due" light was on as well as the tire pressure monitoring system light which prompted me to check all 4 tires and reset TPMS. I called but everyone was gone for the day. I called about 8 the next morning and was told possibly technician forgot to reset but would check and call me back. I also mentioned the speed display was different but was told probably update and to play with it. no one had called back by 4 so I called back but got the machine even though it said they would be there til 5 and left a message. On Saturday I had a message about my satisfaction with my visit but not a call from the sevice department. When I called back about 1:30 I got the machine and left another message. On Monday I did receive a call back and was told possibly the update caused the alerts and I could bring it in. With a 1 1/2 hour drive to Des Moines that was not something I opted to do. I will have to have my tire pressure checked locally and reset the monitor but the "inspection due" light will have to stay on since only an Audi dealer has the scanner to change it. The staff while I was at the dealership was fine but I definitely feel the followup service was lacking and unprofessional. More
Improvements needed Came to the dealer with intention of trading '13MDX Advance FOR A '17MDX Advance. My previous salesperson moved out of state (last 2 Acura vehicles). Came to the dealer with intention of trading '13MDX Advance FOR A '17MDX Advance. My previous salesperson moved out of state (last 2 Acura vehicles). New salesperson ok, but the GM had the only Advance '17MDX and didn't have the keys to get in. However, this demo vehicle is for sale. Salesforce was indifferent to my request, acted like I couldn't afford the vehicle anyway (I'm a cash buyer!!). So, I was not allowed to sit in/test drive. I do not tolerate arrogance from someone I'm trying to work with. Unfortunately, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. NOTE: had similar issue in late 2012 with this dealer. Bought my '13MDX from a dealer in another state. At least the service dept is decent. More
