Worst service I have ever received I moved to Des Moines after purchasing my audi from another dealership, and I was used to exceptional service. After being told that my car was done, I moved to Des Moines after purchasing my audi from another dealership, and I was used to exceptional service. After being told that my car was done, I show up to the dealership and stand there waiting for 20 minutes without an employee asking if they could help me. The only service manager was in back on lunch break. Some other customer comes in and gets preferential treatment and gets their car before I do. When the service manager came back, they did not check on the issues I had identified when i brought my vehicle in and made comments like my concerns weren’t warranted. Checking for leaks in air tires after the low tire indicator came on and i had to put air in my tires apparently was an unrealistic request. I refuse to have any vehicle serviced at this location ever again. I am now told unless I drive 100 miles to the next closest dealership, I have to my car serviced there for a recall. This is not the excellence in service I have been accustomed to and is advertised bu Audi. More

Great service! My license plate was bent going through a car wash and when we tried to straighten it, we found that the bolts put in by another dealership in town we My license plate was bent going through a car wash and when we tried to straighten it, we found that the bolts put in by another dealership in town were not Audi bolts and we’re stripped. I drove over to Audi Des Moines, was told that it required a part plus new bolts and that they had the part in stock! Less than an hour later, I had a straightened license plate with the appropriate bolts and an Audi Des Moines frame installed around both license plates. No muss, no fuss, problem solved and I was on my way! More

Buying from Out-of-State Called on a Saturday morning that I was coming from out of state to look at a car and wanted to confirm it was still available. She was more than helpful in showing us all the features of the Audi S4 - something the salesperson at our local dealer had not made the effort to provide. Purchase process was easy with the vehicle already on sale and we were on our way out of town in only a few hours. More
