Would not recommend The salesman we worked with was just ok. He never went over the vehicle with us, showed us any features, or really made us feel like he appreciated ou The salesman we worked with was just ok. He also was unable to locate the spare set of keys for the vehicle and said he would give us a call when he found them. It’s been nearly a week now and I haven’t heard a word from him. It’s not a huge deal just unprofessional. The finance manager we worked with was horrible. He questioned the type of vehicle I was buying based off of the gas mileage and how much traveling I would have to do. It’s really none of his business but the way he approached it was all wrong. He also tried to push us on purchasing additional service coverage packages. I understand this is his job and being in sales I have no problem with other people selling to me. But he was rude and off-putting. I politely declined multiple times, which I’ve done on every vehicle I’ve ever bought. When he couldn’t get me to buy he got indignant and visibly annoyed. He asked me to explain why I wouldn’t purchase- again none of his business. He was clearly upset and let that color the rest of our interaction. The only bright spot of our experience was the gentleman who I believe was the manager. He made us feel welcome and like he appreciated us being there. Overall I had a poor experience, wouldn’t recommend the dealership, and will definitely never go back there myself. More
