Wife from not so happy to very happy Audi DSM nailed it! We have a 2018 SQ5; wonderful car, wonderful buying experience @ Audi DSM. Recently I was out of town on business, Wife had to at Audi DSM nailed it! We have a 2018 SQ5; wonderful car, wonderful buying experience @ Audi DSM. Recently I was out of town on business, Wife had to attempt to fill gas tank on her own, experienced issues with not filling in sub zero temps. Called me crying 600 miles away. oh no. I walked her thru "slow filling". I called Audi DSM; to announce the problem. Service Manager quick to communicate some of these models had issues with gas filling lines. Brought SQ5 in and sure enough this vehicle had this issue. Audi DSM stepped up to provide wife similar loaner and took "Sky" she named her SQ5, in for service - 1 week to order parts from Germany and complete fi with all new factory parts. Service all covered with factory warrantee and dealership called wife to apologize for inconvenience. You guys nailed it. Happy wife = happy life and vise versa. Nicely done Audi DSM! Now find me a Go-Fast car for me. More

Brent answered all my initial questions and had me in for a test drive the very next day, which was the quickest I could get to the dealership. He was diligent in getting me several different quotes and the entire process was very quick and efficient. The financing was seamless... It was a quick and very pleasant experience... Anando was great and explained everything extremely well... The sales manager also stopped in, which was great and you always want to have that as well...
