He quickly figured out what needed to be done and got me a loaner until they'd done the oil consumption test. I brought it back when the oil light came on again and he got me a loaner for 4 days this time while the pistons, etc were rebuilt. It was a lot of work and it was all done well. Robert always made me feel like he was happy to see me. Plus I loved his Broncos outfits! More

Great experience overall! Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I needed to complete the standard 5k mile service on my car and also buy a set of winter tires. Ch Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I needed to complete the standard 5k mile service on my car and also buy a set of winter tires. Chris scheduled my appointment and was able to get me right in. When I arrived Chris went through the options with me and explained the pros and cons at a detailed level. This made the decision process very easy. Once I selected my winter tire and wheel package I was given a quote on the spot and then within 90 minutes my 5k mile service was completed and my new tires were put on my car. Smoothest process ever. While I waited I worked from the customer waiting area which was very nice. Overall a high quality experience. More
