I believe I spoke with Ryan the day I had my service done. He didn't offer a resolution then, when I stood in front of him, and I believe you're only writing this now because you're trying to look like you're trying to help. McDonald Audi promised me a loaner and when I arrived after an hour drive through traffic, they were out of cars. I spent another hour trying to get a loaner and ultimately ended up with a beat up Kia that required a Lyft ride across town and a long wait at the rental counter. In total, I spent 3 hours just dropping my car off. It was the worst service I've ever received. I'll never purchase another Audi again. Service is always a challenge, there are no loaners and oddly, every expense is outside of the expensive warranty I purchased. I had zero issues like this with Volvo and since you're owned by the same company, McDonald Automotive, it would appear that your service department challenges are directly linked to your service manager.
