I just bought my first Audi and had an exceptional experience with Luke and Monica. Luke was patient and helped me narrow in on the perfect pick. It is a big task to buy a new car and spend the time and money, But to be able to drive away with a positive experience was the best. Luke also bought me a coffee and bonus accessories showing appreciation for me, as a costumer. Monica was a joy to work with. Usually by the time you go through hours of picking and buying a car, you’re pretty tired by the time you reach the finance office...Monica was energizing and we great time with a lot of laughs. The worst service ever Audi Denver service is horrible! They are always on a 2 week wait and in the 6 years that I’ve owned an Audi, they’ve never had a loaner available. Radio check I took my Q5 back into the dealership because of issues with the Sirius XM Radio presets wiping off my preset screen. I was given a loaner car for th I took my Q5 back into the dealership because of issues with the Sirius XM Radio presets wiping off my preset screen. I was given a loaner car for the duration of the check. Unfortunately, it seems my issue is due to the Sirius XM updates, and not my radio. I appreciate all that David and the techs did to try to fix this issue. More

This has simply got to be one of the most dishonest dealerships I've ever encountered. I'm just glad I realized it prior to buying a car from them. Quoted 24k trade for my vehicle, but had a standin dealerships I've ever encountered. I'm just glad I realized it prior to buying a car from them. Quoted 24k trade for my vehicle, but had a standing buy bid for 35k from the dealer I purchased it from. Was told they had reached out to that dealer and 24k was the number. Nothing but lies. Turns out I've purchased twelve cars from that dealership and I have a great relationship with them. They never got a call from Denver Audi to confirm the buy bid. But Mr Patrick Flaherty and his manager Mr Sanders swore they did. Stay clear of this dealership. They're bad liars and will screw you like they tried me. FYI, I ended up purchasing the vehicle elsewhere and had a great experience. More
