FIrst Time Experience I purchased a fully loaded A3 in May of 2015 from Ken. This was my first visit which was managed by Robert. The experience was excellent. The service started at the appointed time and finished early with the car washed and looking great. I also purchased floor mats which were installed along with the new winter tires. I have purchased three vehicles within the last year from Ken, an outstanding professional. The experience with Robert reinforced the wisdom of returning to Audi Denver. Great service Jared Chipkin, my service adviser, made my visit by keeping me updated on service progress with thorough explanations of issues being addressed. Tire Rescue I called and was able to get same day service. I was over due for maintence. upon evaluation of my tires he changed them to an all wheek tire.
