I chose this dealer after a not so great experience with my previous one... and although it was only 30 minutes from my house I will drive the over 2 hours to come back to Audi Denver for all future services. Scheduling was a breeze, Nate was incredibly friendly and helpful and informative. Amenities better than any dealer I've been in. And most important - service was done as quoted, in under the time allotted, all was communicated with me timely and everyone was professional and courteous. Fabulous customer service! More

We were at the dealership for 7 hours - but hang on, it was due to the Sales Manager (Spence) and Salesmen (Jeremy) trying lots of different options to get us the features we wanted. We walked in their lot looking at different colors, both exterior and interior. They were very transparent & open. They showed us their internal computer systems, so we could see all the Allroads in the US available at that moment. Can't say enough about these guys... you will not be disappointed. More

I have never been pressured into a sale and they know who you are and what you like. John Axton has known that I am a fan the A4/S4 in white. He also knew my A4 lease was coming to term. I received a call from the dealership about an S4 with a smoking deal. When I arrived at the dealership they had the car cleaned and in the delivery bay. Yeah, a bit presumptuous but, it was white, with the black optics package, in my opinion that makes it a Stormtrooper car (John knows I love Star Wars), and it was fully loaded with a price I really couldn't question. But, I had yet to see a 2020 A4 and they had some but they were down the road at the receiving center. John drove me down to check one out, I didn't need to drive it, I just needed to see it, and I had a 'eh' feeling. We got back to the dealership and they gave me the numbers for both cars and I just couldn't refuse the deal on the S4. It's only been 4 days since I've been driving it but, yeah, I dig it, lovely sound. Also, shout out to the dealership for not charging for swapping my snow rims/tires from the previous car to the new one. I highly recommend Audi Denver (McDonald Audi). They have always been straight shooters and no pressure and over the last decade + I have found that they treat people well and remember them, and in my case, cater to them. More

I posted the below on FaceBook and tagged not only Audi Denver, but McDonald Auto Group who owns them and Audi Corporate as well and advised I would give them some time to make this right before I blast this on every site I can find. I feel 19 days and no reply is ample time...*** Got to Love Audi (Audi Denver owned by McDonald Automotive), took my 2015 Q5 in for an oil change and I'm told I have to get new brake pads and rotors on all 4 corners (they wanted $1500 for brakes too.) and they wanted almost $1200 for a thermostat (really???) plus a bunch of hourly rates for hooking a machine up to flush the coolant lines. So in the end they wanted $3,764.39 for brakes and a thermostat... I feel bad for the people who pay these prices and fall for this junk. Got home and my brakes (all 4 corners) still have 25-30% life in them and the rotors are fine so I assume the $1200 thermostat was a load of bull too. More
