Exceptional Service Again I recently took my 2013 Allroad in for the 45000 mile service and software update for the heater recall. As always, I was immediately greeted by a se I recently took my 2013 Allroad in for the 45000 mile service and software update for the heater recall. As always, I was immediately greeted by a service person who called me by my name and escorted me to my service representative, Chris Sandelli. Chris had all of the paper work completed and ready for me to review and sign, took the usual pre service photos and then escorted me to the waiting area. I love this waiting area; it is spotless, comfortable, quiet and more like a high end Starbuck's than a dealership waiting room. True to form, Chris returned to the waiting area to escort me to his desk when the service was completed. He went over all the service work done and then escorted me to my waiting vehicle.
