Audi A8 excellent service I always receive excellent service. I simply call to schedule service and when I bring it in they have the loaner ready. They were so busy, they cou I always receive excellent service. I simply call to schedule service and when I bring it in they have the loaner ready. They were so busy, they couldn't finish the repair on my car until the end of the next business day but as long as I have my loaner, it's no problem. I receive texts and now even a video of the problem and what needed done from the technician. I had 2 malfunctions on my A8 and although it's a little past warranty, I wasn't charged for repair of 1 problem and it was much less than I thought it would be! I am now a customer for life! More

Kept me well informed during service visit They weren't able to get to my car on the day that it was scheduled for service, but that was no problem ... I was able to keep the A3 loaner overnigh They weren't able to get to my car on the day that it was scheduled for service, but that was no problem ...
