Excellent I didn't realize how excellent my Audi dealer service was until I was at a Porsche dealer service recently (to service my other car --Cayenne). The Audi Denver facility is truly remarkable first of all with clean comfortable waiting area. My service was truly exceptional with great communication from my service advisor with prompt and courteous service. I think I would buy another Audi simply because the service department here is so awesome. More

Impressive customer service Dave Ficca has always been my service rep since going to Denver Audi. He is ALWAYS consistent with his superb service without fail! Not only was he prompt and friendly as always, he did not mention to me once that I had actually showed up a whole day early for my appointment! I only realized the evening after picking up my car, (which was very clean and shiny from a fresh wash), when I got an alert on my calendar reminding me of my service appointment at 830pm that evening! I felt horrible and sent Dave an apology via email and he still react to or pay any attention to my mistake. Customers are not always right! I was extremely impressed with Dave's professionalism and accommodating attitude! More

Walk-in on a full service day and got my car serviced same d Check engine light illuminate after returning home from some travel over the holidays.
