Having bought a few new cars, I know the process can quite tedious and take much longer than needed...easily the worst part of buying a car. Raine and Denver Audi kept the process clean and timely by making sure that all cross-sold programs were distinctly related to the Audi maintenance and made sure that the waiting was minimized. Their facility is excellent and the car was well prepped inside the dealership, which was a nice touch on a cold winter day. Overall a great job and I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Truly exceptional service I brought my 2014 Audi Q5 for its 35,000 mile service. I booked with Jared Chipkin and he was very polite and attentive. Even though the day I brought I brought my 2014 Audi Q5 for its 35,000 mile service. I booked with Jared Chipkin and he was very polite and attentive. Even though the day I brought my car in, a huge snowstorm rolled through the night before, the roads were a mess. But Jared still got me in and completed the service in less time than quoted. The video inspection is a very neat feature and really feels personal. I truly feel that this was the best service experience I've ever had of any luxury car manufacturer and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Q5 back in for service. More
