Quick, professional and efficient Wow, my very first maintenance and recall appointment. I phoned a week or so ahead and was given a date and time that suited my schedule perfectly. I opted to wait and the wait time was exactly the length of time they estimated. I was met and taken to my service person who handled paperwork and was the one who found me (nestled in with my complimentary coffee) in the beautiful lounge area. Thank you Audi. I am loving it!
