Beyond Satisfied. I was driving from Chicago to Aspen and experienced car trouble as I was approaching Denver. I called the Littleton Audi dealership and Jared was an enormous help. I stopped at the dealership, assessed the problem, transferred luggage, bikes and family to a loaner and was on my way in less than 45 minutes. The problem was thoroughly assessed and explained to me in a very timely manner. All was taken care of - beyond my satisfaction! We picked the car up on our way back to Chicago. All over a holiday weekend. More

Buying Experience In general, one rarely hears of a great new car buying experience. Its usually painful and the dealer wears you out during the process which results in a exhausting number of hours attempting to get the right deal - which usually doesn't pan out! Now my transaction at Audi Denver with Steve Powers and Mark Larson was different. With a few phone calls back and forth they found out exactly what I wanted and proceeded to track down the exact car within hours. They discussed my intent of buying/leasing on a phone call - got the information they needed and had everything ready for me the next day. They gave me a fair price on the new car and my trade. Closing the transaction took less than 20 minutes. I had never felt so good at a dealer before. The experience was so pleasant and professional that it made me feel like buying a car more often. These people are well trained and managed ! I would highly recommend this dealer to all my friends and associates. Thank you Audi Denver !!! More
