Ken Evans, my sales guy, is a great guy and really looks after his customers. He doesn't try to push anything extra, he's very transparent with the numbers and the process, and he really knows the product. I was split 50/50 between the Q5 and an Acura MDX Hybrid (I'm a previous MDX owner) and could have gone either way. I huge deciding factor was the staff at Audi Denver. I would (and probably will) buy another vehicle from Audi Denver in a heartbeat. They are outstanding. More

Very unpleasant A happy customer, a potential repeat customer, referrals and money vested in servicing my car over the duration of my ownership of the vehicle were A happy customer, a potential repeat customer, referrals and money vested in servicing my car over the duration of my ownership of the vehicle were not significant factors for thr Sales Manager Doug Thorne to step up and make a car deal after spending hours at the dealership...being treated unprofessionally and providing the worst customer service that no individual should ever have to endure! I was also shocked to learn that this dealership had no GSM or GM. The only individual above the Sales Manager Doug Thorne is Steve Powers the individual who signs his payroll check and he wouldn't be available to speak with until Thursday. I will be contacting the dealership on Thursday to speak directly with Steve Powers as I think it is important that he knows about my experience. Doug Thorne made it very clear that our business ( a preapproved customer with down payment in hand) was only worth a counter offer for more down payment higher intrest and less than i was preapproved for. Thats a lie. More

The longe was great because with three TVs going all were on mute which allowed me to get some work done. All in all great experience. More
