Jason told me that there was a recall on my car and it would take longer than expected. Jason arranged for me to have a loaner car to keep overnight. Smooth, quick and all went well. I received a text the following day from Jason's partner (Jason had told me he would be out of the office the next day) that my car was ready. I came back in and we swapped cars (my car for the loaner car) and I left. Again, quick and smooth. The one snag was that I didn't receive any paperwork - until I texted Jason and he emailed the paperwork to me. Everything went great! More
