When I met Sonny Kang, he wanted me to know the Q5 had been redesigned in 2018 knowing I was an Apple person. I was planning on buying a 2016 or 2017...but had to see the redesign...needless to say, I fell in love with the 2018 and ended up buying my 1st new car ever!! I SO LOVE how well it handles, how smooth the drive is, how quiet, great viewing out all the windows, love the ability to open the trunk with just my foot when my hands are full! Having the map in front of me & my Apple Play on the screen in the middle is what sold me on switching from Lexus to Audi! More

In particular, my purchase ended up being a long sales cycle for Matt (I'm in sales as well and bonus out at the end of the year), but he navigated that perfectly by following up when he said he was going to and by effectively building value and emotion every time I was in the dealership.
