Right before Christmas, my previous vehicle was totaled after a driver ran a red light. Obviously, it was unexpected and I needed another car quickly. The holidays were busy enough without having to decide on what kind of car I wanted and go through that dreaded car buying experience, but Rick's knowledgeable and customer oriented service made everything go smoothly and quickly. I never owned or had even driven an Audi before, but if my Q7 performs as well as Rick, I may be an Audi driver for life. More

It was a grea My first stop when I began my car shopping was McDonald Audi. I had previously owned an A4 purchased from the same dealership in 2002. It was a great car and the dealership provided great service. The sales rep that greeted me was Jeff Engquist and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. After test driving a few vehicles that matched my needs, I found a vehicle that was a great fit. He offered to let me take it home for the evening which sealed the deal. After looking at a few other makes/models of cars at other dealerships, I returned to Jeff to purchase the vehicle. I had set up a loan to use through USAA, but another employee working in their financial office by the name of Jeff was able to match the APR offered through USAA and expedite the loan process. Jeff Engquist gave us a nice gift bag with some Audi products and also provided a helpful tutorial on the vehicle itself. We spent around an hour going over the features and tech savvy tools in the vehicle. As a follow up, I received an email and VM from Crystal in the tech dept offered additional assistance if needed. The showroom and service experience were exceptional and I would highly recommend both Audi and the McDonald dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Jeff Engquist has followed up with both an email and thank you card in the mail so the great service didn't end when I drove off the lot. You definitely receive first class treatment at this dealership and I am very happy with my purchase and car shopping experience. On the heels of having my car t-boned and totaled the week before Christmas along with dealing with insurance, a rental car and more during the holidays, this experience softened the blow. Jeff made this a fun and positive experience and should be considered a valuable employee. Awful quality car and customer service. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a used 2010 Q5 with 65,000 miles form here on October 26th. The salesman was nice and helpful and they di DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a used 2010 Q5 with 65,000 miles form here on October 26th. The salesman was nice and helpful and they did what they could to get me into the vehicle. I drove the car home that night, the next morning there was condensation in the driver headlight, and was told by my sales person he could see how much it would cost me to get it fixed out of my pocket. A few weeks later I realized the vehicle did not have a jack or lug wrench, which the documents I received said it was included with the vehicle. I am still waiting for this to be fixed, I’ve been told it’s in the mail, but it has been for over a week (more than 60 days after owning the car) 52 days after owning the car it totally died on me while driving, and would not start. I contacted the dealership to try to get some help. Every time I asked to speak to a manager I was sent to my salesman. He finally told me the service manager would call me back, which NEVER happened. All this took over five business days. I got absolutely NO HELP from the dealership. I had to have it towed to a different dealership out of pocket, and currently have over $1500 invested in repairs that should have been taken care of prior to Audi Denver selling it, and all the repairs are still not completeed or diagnosed. The 55,000 mile service had not been completed. There was an OPEN SAFETY recall of the airbag, the spark plugs, and air filters were original, and the break fluid was believed to be original and the bushings are obviously torn, which should have been addressed when Denver did put on new brake pads and rotors prior to selling the car to me. I have not even made my second car payment and am having to pay for these repairs that should have been done prior to selling it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I WOULD NOT TRUST THEIR CARS EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST!!!! More
