Big disappointment Very disappointed by Audi Denver. I bought used 2014 Mercedes GL450 with huge carfax service record from previous 1st owner. All service was done by Very disappointed by Audi Denver. I bought used 2014 Mercedes GL450 with huge carfax service record from previous 1st owner. All service was done by Mercedes Benz of Littleton. Only thing what they didn’t show me in Audi was last recommended service what MB of Littleton gave to previous owner about turbo failure. This service was never done and previous owner trade his GL450 at Audi Denver. Check engine came on 10 days later after I purchased the car with same problem. I bought this car one month after MB of Littleton found this problem. People in MB of Littleton were nice and helpful. Audi Denver should take big lessons from them and face the problem instead. More

I was treated with exceptional customer service and care. I ended up with a gorgeous car, a 2018 Audi A4 allroad with all of 9 miles on it. Not only is it beautiful in a dark green with grey interior but it has more power than anyone deserves. Jeff spent hours with me ensuring that I purchased exactly what I wanted, Dave, his manager, oversaw it all and Ryan formalized the financial components. I had forgotten what fabulous customer service was, but certainly experienced it at this spotless dealership. I could not be happier. More
