Service advisors, managers, sales people, cafe worker, receptionist say hello, acknowledge your presence and make the effort to make everyone feel comfortable. It is a wonderful environment. From the comfortable check in, to the waiting rooms, to Lyft being offered to take you wherever you want to go is the reason why I travel 2 hours 12 mins to see you all. Constant updates via text of video, as well as recommendations are precise and on point. I will ALWAYS use Audi Denver and when my beautiful 2012 Audi A8 is ready to be traded you better believe my new one will be purchased through you again just like the one I drive now! Was told repairs might take all day, and maybe into the next, which actually occurred. Stan was excellent in keeping me informed about this, through prompt text messages. During the process, even got an email with a 2-minute video showing and explaining what was done, and then an emailed invoice. Given that it was no charge for recall items, found the service even more exceptional. Even got free, hot cookies in the coffee shop while I waited briefly for a wash. Outstanding! More

Dave and the team were great. Their video tool was extremely helpful and gave me the necessary info to put trust in their techs for each prescribed service. Communication was superior throughout the process...text based, email based and phone. Everything was clear and exactly as described or better. Further, the team went above and beyond to accommodate a tight turn around caused by an expiring extended warranty...even helping with a loaner vehicle. Couldn't be better. More
