Amazing We do not normally buy our cars through a dealership. Normally we go through an auto broker. Went down the street to BMW to do another test drive and it was AWFUL.. Nick at your dealership hands down made this the BEST car buying experience YET! Good experience Had to bring my AudiQ5 in for a few recalls. Initially they thought there would not be an Audi loaner car but a very nice Audi Q7 came in right as I Had to bring my AudiQ5 in for a few recalls. Initially they thought there would not be an Audi loaner car but a very nice Audi Q7 came in right as I arrived. It was a great car to use while mine was being serviced. The service took longer than expected, but with a nice loaner car, that was ok. The dealer had issues with power outages so not their fault. The only thing I had to wait for was when I picked the car up, they ran it through the wash and I would have liked all that taken care of right when I arrived. More
