Vacation Interrupted While traveling to Denver, the engine light on our 2012 Audi Q5 came on. Knowing we would be in the area for a couple days, it was only smart to cont While traveling to Denver, the engine light on our 2012 Audi Q5 came on. Knowing we would be in the area for a couple days, it was only smart to contact the local dealership for service. What we found out, once we arrived, is that we made the best decision possible. The problem was diagnosed and the service department worked with our local dealership and extended warranty company to fix the problem and get us back on the road. We were able to enjoy ourselves while the servicing was being completed with the use of a 2018 Q5, as our loaner. Our vehicle has never run better and we plan on having Audi of Denver continue to service our vehicles in the future. The caliber of service we received from the Service Department personnel and all the other interactions we had with the dealership employees was first class. More
