Audi Denver Service Appointment was Comfortable I took my A5 Sportback in for the 1-year anniversary servicing. The entry garage is clean, modern, and my name was up on a flat panel screen. Check in I took my A5 Sportback in for the 1-year anniversary servicing. The entry garage is clean, modern, and my name was up on a flat panel screen. Check in was efficient. I decided to wait as I had 2 hours to spare. The actual time was slightly over 2 1/2 hours, a bit longer than told at the beginning. The waiting area near the showroom is pleasant, and WIFI worked well. Luckily, I had my iPad with me to pass the time. Large flat panel TV’s are also in the waiting area. Bottled water and soda is available at no charge, and small snacks such as bags of salted peanuts are free. I would have liked more variety of complementary food as I’ve seen at Kuni Lexus for my other car. No cookies, fruits, or really anything unless paying for it at the waiting area cafe. This seems to fall a bit short. Overall, it’s still a good place to wait while having the Audi serviced. More

Wheel repair by McDonald Wheel was scratched and dent damaged by Sears Auto Shop, when they were attempting to repair a nail in tire, under their hazard coverage. MeDonald to Wheel was scratched and dent damaged by Sears Auto Shop, when they were attempting to repair a nail in tire, under their hazard coverage. MeDonald told me they refinish wheels, and I was directed to Derrick at their 8041 S. Grant facility. It was explained that they do not normally have customers come to this repair facility, however they were very willing to help, and I took my damaged wheel... Derrick made the repair experience Exceptional, and fast, as well as the quality of the repair great!
