Video of work done - Audi Q5 To follow up on my earlier review of the excellent service provided by Denver Audi for my 2018 Q5 on October 3, 2018 - immediately after the service w To follow up on my earlier review of the excellent service provided by Denver Audi for my 2018 Q5 on October 3, 2018 - immediately after the service was done I received on my computer an email with a short video (which I viewed a few days later) by Kevin Taylor, the Denver Audi technician who did the oil change and the 2 software fixes. Kevin shows my car and explains in that video how he fixed the windows opening/closing problem and then shows one of the rear windows in my Q5 in operation after the software was updated - now working properly. Great job and an excellent explanation of how the problem was resolved Kevin! Those Denver Audi service videos are very helpful and informative. More
