Service hidden costs Dropped my 2012 A6 for service. 2 days later got a call that motor mounts need to be fixed. My service advisor told me over the phone that it will cos Dropped my 2012 A6 for service. 2 days later got a call that motor mounts need to be fixed. My service advisor told me over the phone that it will cost around $500 or so. When everything was done, total cost to fix Motor mounts was roughly $1900. Ended up spending $3600 for a $13000 worth car. Please do not say yes to repairs unless you get a written estimate via email. More

A Swing and a MISS I brought my newly acquired 2015 Audi Q7 in for a minor repair under warranty. To be certain that I wasn't wasting a trip I corresponded with the serv I brought my newly acquired 2015 Audi Q7 in for a minor repair under warranty. To be certain that I wasn't wasting a trip I corresponded with the service advisor and sent him the Audi part number and a description of the needed repair so that I wouldn't need to make multiple trips. The repair was accomplished, eventually, in a single trip. My experience was not good, however, and it is unlikely that I will return here. THE GOOD: I was greeted promptly and sat with the service advisor to discuss what needed to be done. I was told that the technician would take a look and then send me a video of the work to be done or that was performed. I was directed to the waiting area -- it is new, very clean and comfortable with several flat screen TVs, free WiFi, a cooler full of drinks and a coffee bar. The restrooms are very clean (even use cloth hand towels). The service advisor did explain what was and wasn't covered under warranty and provided an estimate of time required for the work. He inquired if I wished to have my car run through the car wash (I declined). After about 60 minutes I received a video from the tech working on the car via text. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: While they had the part itself for which I provided the part number, they didn't comprehend that they would also need screws and a "one time use part' (a panel that uses plastic tabs that break away when removed), even though I emailed specifically what the repair involved. Fortunately, they eventually found the parts in inventory. However, the repair took 3-1/4 hours instead of the 90 minutes I was told; I was waiting on premises as I expected a fairly fast repair. Only once was I told that things were taking longer (duh) and it would be "another 20 minutes"; an hour and fifteen minutes later it was all done! But, they ran my car through the car wash despite me asking them NOT to wash it, as I had just washed and hand dried the vehicle myself. When it came out of the wash it wasn't rinsed clean and now there are soap spots everywhere on the car. I don't feel great about judging a service facility on one visit but this was particularly poor. The service advisor apologized but there was never an offer to regain my patronage -- for example, no offer for a coupon for $15 off of your next service or any other consideration to mollify my acute displeasure. Finally, I received a text the next day from a five-digit number asking if my service visit was outstanding and requesting feedback. Really? Not even a personal message not from an automated service? It's too bad that this experience was so frustrating because I really hoped to find a go-to place for my Audi service. Unfortunately, Audi Denver ain't it. More

easiest trip to the Service Department, ever! I just want to say that I love my Audi! It’s by far my favorite cat I’ve owned. But the David Ficca makes getting my car serviced pleasant too. From dropping the car off, getting my ride to my office, keeping me informed along the way, to getting me back to the dealership and picking up my car. Awesome! He is great!! More
