I was lucky enough to meet Matt Daniel and he educated us on the entire line, scheduled our own private driving experiences of the two cars we narrowed down to. Over two or three weeks eventually he helped us custom design an A7 we wanted and located a car across the country for us. There was no pressure and Matt knew the Audi product inside and out. Really can't say enough positive about the entire process as he handed me off to the financing department to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. Very thankful for the experience and for meeting Matt. Look forward to more business with them. More

I was really happy with my experience. Patrick was really knowledgeable. I started with another Audi dealership and Patrick was was much more knowledgeable than the other rep I worked with. Well done and timely I took my 2012 Audi A7 in for the 85,000 servicing. Jared Chipkin was my service advisor and he handled everything very well and quickly. Mostly good experience.. I called in to make a service appointment (Replace low beam head light bulb) on 9/7/2019. I was transferred to the parts department and the person the I called in to make a service appointment (Replace low beam head light bulb) on 9/7/2019. I was transferred to the parts department and the person there said he had plenty of bulbs in stock for my car (2012 Q7). I got an appointment for 9/10/2019 at 4 pm. I also got a confirmation email from Stephanie on 9/9/2019 about my appointment at 4 pm the following day. On 9/10/2019, at 3:30 pm Stephanie texted me “I DO NOT HAVE A HEADLIGHT IN STOCK!!!! I WILL HAVE IT IN ON THURSDAY” Please note all caps and no suggestions for next available appointment (very irresponsible). I was already on my way there, so I went in anyway. As soon as I reached there, I went directly to the parts department as Stephanie was busy with another customer. The guy at the parts told me “I have 17 light bulbs in stock, and they are $181 per piece.” When I asked Stephanie why she texted me she did not answer. She checked me in and told me that the installation price would be $156 plus $181 for the bulb and little over $100 for the oil change. I quickly mentioned that I had a 15% off Costco coupon (applicable to parts, labor and accessories). She did not tell me the total or have me sign anything with the price on it (they usually have me sign an estimate). When I asked, how long will it take, she said, “at least an hour.” I did my math in my head and got ready to spend little over $400 for the whole thing. After waiting for two and half hours, she came and got me and said my total was over $500. I looked at the invoice and it did not have any discount and over charged me for the bulb. When I mentioned Costco coupon again, she agreed to discount 15% on the labor only which was around $23. I said that my coupon mentions discount on parts and labor, including the oil change. She got agitated at this point and said, “I cannot help you anymore, my friend, there is your car outside.” I demanded to talk to the service manager and she took me to Ryan Reynolds. Ryan was very helpful and took time to understand my issues and quickly understood where I was coming from. I appreciate Ryan’s willingness to help and professionalism. We enter your facility to spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for the duration of time we are there, so it is not too much for us to ask for a helpful, courteous and professional service consultant. More
