He gave me options and kept me up to date the whole way. When I had something minor after that he told me come right down and he looked at it himself and it was a "user issue" me. He made it seem like no imposition at all. He is kind and caring even when I am grumpy. He is truly an asset to your Audi family. Thank you again Gabriel ! Eileen More
Dave is the best I have been coming to Danbury Audi for almost 7 years with my 2010 Q5 and am finally writing a review. I am very skeptical of dealership service and I have been coming to Danbury Audi for almost 7 years with my 2010 Q5 and am finally writing a review. I am very skeptical of dealership service and servicing an Audi is not inexpensive. But the quality and safety of the car matters the most to me. Dave has been my service advisor the whole time. If the guy has ever had a bad day, you would never know. He is helpful, returns calls promptly, applies whatever discount he can, and just is all around a pleasant person. This week, the week before Christmas, he came to my rescue with a loaner and repairs before my scheduled appointment even though they were fully booked. As a single mom with one car it was invaluable. Customer service makes all the difference. And feeling like you're dealing with a human being not someone looking to gouge you when you're helpless. Thank you Dave! More
disrespectful, incompetent service I purchased a highly polluting A3 TDI from Audi of Danbury through fraudulent representation. Prior to the discovery of the VW Audi criminal fraud cas I purchased a highly polluting A3 TDI from Audi of Danbury through fraudulent representation. Prior to the discovery of the VW Audi criminal fraud case, I had taken the car into the dealer for service. On one occasion there was a recall to some part of the fuel system [ironic] and when they finished the work they left a fuel hose disconnected- the hose sprayed fuel through out the engine compartment and all over my driveway. On another instance i took the car in because the AC wasn't working and was told that there was a "defective" climate control module. Despite the fact that 2 dealers told me that there was a defect in the part they refused to stand behind the car. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told that he would not speak to me. They were more than happy to speak with me when selling me the car. Needless to say i found a non-dealer shop for service - more professional and much cheaper. More

I paid 2 Audi dealers $400 for "diagnostics" to tell me that the AC was "defective". It was not covered under the warranty and I'd have to pay an additional $1400 to replace the "defective" part. I asked to talk to the service manager and was told by the service consultant that "I could not"- he wouldn't talk to me. They were more than happy to speak to me when I was purchasing the car but when there was a defect in the car- not so much. I drove the car all summer with no AC. I have a 2008 BWM that I purchased from BMW of Bridgeport and have had no problems with the car or the dealer- they even replaced the brakes at no cost when my warranty was about to expire. My next car will be a BMW. More

I can't even begin to describe what an amazing person he is and how much he has helped me. I purchased a used Audi from a VW dealership in NY and found out within a week of having it that it had a bunch of issues in need of repair. When I brought it to Danbury Audi I spoke with Al who took a good half hour of his time to review with me my warranty and what the issues might be. After that, they kept my car and fixed multiple other issues that were found, all the while making contact with VW of Kingston to try and get them to cover the cost. Al was in touch with me either by phone or e-mail every single day. He kept me up-to-date with everything going on and was a HUGE support to me. I was so distraught by the thought of purchasing a car with all of these defects and Al from the very beginning made me feel hopeful about it. Al is a complete angel. The treatment I received from him is the single reason I will continue to go to Danbury Audi for all future service needs on my car. I highly recommend the Danbury Audi service department for anyone looking for honest feedback and quality work. More

The only Audi Dealership I would go to! I have been going to Danbury Audi for the past 4 years and I can tell you that they have treated me with the upmost courtesy and respect every time. B I have been going to Danbury Audi for the past 4 years and I can tell you that they have treated me with the upmost courtesy and respect every time. Both Dave and Gabe are honest, ethical service reps who truly care about your car and your overall customer satisfaction. There has never been a time that I doubted their service advice. In addition, Debbie was kind enough to provide me all past service reciepts upon request in a clear and concise manner, she is truly the best! I have had my audi serviced at another dealership before and I can tell you that they were terrible compared to Danbury Audi. I will continue to service my car here and would only purchase another audi from them. This is the ONLY Audi dealership that you actually would want to visit. I can't thank Danbury Audi enough for their consistent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone! More

He knows what can go wrong on my car and advises me when to do work and when not to do so. He seems to be "on my side" even though he is a company employee. This makes me trust him and not feel I always have to get a second opinion. I'm glad he takes care of me and my car(s)! More
I took my Q7 in for its 5000 mile service yesterday and as promised back in July when we purchased the car (our first Audi), George Triant made sure I was seamlessly looked after by the Service Team at Dan as promised back in July when we purchased the car (our first Audi), George Triant made sure I was seamlessly looked after by the Service Team at Danbury Audi, from the minute I walked through the door everything was ready and taken care of. Its such a great feeling knowing nothing is ever too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to give George my highest recommendation, he looks after his customers perfectly. More
I bought my Audi at Danbury and was generally happy enough with the service if not the price of it. I continued to have my car serviced by them after the warranty ended. I followed all scheduled maint enough with the service if not the price of it. I continued to have my car serviced by them after the warranty ended. I followed all scheduled maintenance suggestions. At 75,000 miles I paid over two thousand dollars for their recommended service. A month or two later a light came on indicating trouble. I took the car to service and he knew exactly what was wrong. The computer below the floor on the right side had been damaged by water. He immediately lifted the hood and looked at a drain underneath and sure enough it was clogged by leaves. He said I should have been removing leaves from the windshield. Only this was in the summer when there were not a lot of leaves and the 75,000 mile check up had been only a month or two before, I asked why didn't they catch it at the maintenance servicing. He said they don't ordinarily do that. I asked why not since he seemed to be immediately aware of what had gone wrong and went immediately to the place it had been clogged. Anyway the uncovered repair was over a 1400 dollars, reduced slightly when I haggled and haggled with the service manager. Their basic attitude was it was an old (6 years old) car and I should expect these things. They also told me I could claim it was flood damage and my insurance would cover it. Only I couldn't get them to talk to the insurance man and when they did my insurance adjuster told me the service person told him it was due to customer negligence. (In what manual does it tell owners to check to drainage hole? More
