Fantastic service lead by John Hanson. One of the main reasons I only service my Audi at Audi Danbury. Add to this a super spotless dealership, friendly workforce and super cappuccino and snacks. David Rivera was helpful and professional- I felt confident about my Audi Q7 service, that my car would be in optimal driving condition without unnecessary expense. confident about my Audi Q7 service, that my car would be in optimal driving condition without unnecessary expense. More

When I initially approached Gilbert and a service manager there not only was there no ownership that it was even possible they were responsible but in fact belligerence and inferring me as a liar. Later they said we watched the tape of your car in the bay for the repairs we did and no wheel except front left came off (right rear was the problem wheel). I know for a fact the last time the tires were rotated was in August many thousand miles earlier. Bottom line is I don't need to make up stories like this, as I can afford an emergency repair of $1600. if fair and my time is more valuable. And if they said it's not on the tape I believe them. What I also believe is they were rotated with no video whatever the circumstances were. I was in the process of writing a letter to Audi USA about this experience when I was solicited by David Rivera to write him a review. I think David is an excellent representative of Audi Danbury, is very personable, and knows his product. If I were to buy there again there's no question I would work with him. Due to what I've just described if I buy Audi again it won't be there. FYI we purchased an '18 Allroad there too. Finally, I agree it seems highly inplausable that an Audi dealer would make this kind of mistake. I had the car towed to my mechanic from my house with the noise it was making, never crossing my mind Audi Danbury had anything to do with it. Until I was given then diagnosis and remembered what Gilbert said to me when I was leaving with my car. More

Knowing I could not drive the car any farther I went to the local tire center in my town for a replacement. The tire dealer accidently snapped my Audi wheel lock removal tool trying to remove the lug nut. I was advised the lug nut could be torched off and my rim would need to be refinished- a two day process. The other option was to special order another wheel lock remover kit with a delivery of the next day. I was scheduled to leave town that day for a late afternoon appointment. Before cancelling and feeling totally frustrated I called AUDI and spoke with my service advisor Al Cretacci. He immediately took control of the situation and took all the details. He said “ At Audi we have a master tool kit that can remove the lug nut in a matter of minutes, I will send someone out there now to assist” ! He allowed me to conference him in with the tire dealer as he explained the plan.Within a short while Audi came to the rescue and removed the lug nut allowing the dealer to replace the tire.I could not believe he did this for me- never thinking it was even a consideration! Thanks to Al Cretacci’s rapid response I was able to get my car back by noon, and keep my afternoon appointment. The service he provided went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you again for making an unpleasant experience end on a positive note! Ted Pacific More
