I’ve ignored the last 2 emails from Audi about reviewing my experience because I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’m not a fan of Danbury Audi. I’ll probably never use their service again in Danbury. I’d make the trip to another Audi location. I’m just not happy with the service or customer service I received at the Danbury location. I left several messages with the advisor on his direct line about an issue I was having with my car, no return call. I had to keep calling and leave messages. No call. Finally after about a week, I called the general service number and left a message with them to have him call, so that’s when he finally called me back, but he sounded like I was bothering him. Nice way to treat customers. More
