We had a great experience at Audi Danbury. Our Service Advisor, Dash, was super knowledgable and helpful. Based on a comment I made, he immediately knew there were bigger issues with my vehicle than the service that was originally booked. He was able to get me a diagnostic and quote fairly quickly and knew that I was going to need a loaner for the duration of the repair. I originally was going to wait for the repair, but because it was more extensive than I realized, I ended up having to reschedule. Dash worked with me to figure out how best to proceed so that my car was safe to drive until he could order parts and secure a courtesy car. He communicated effectively and put my concerns to rest about timing etc, and overall it was as painless as getting a car fixed/serviced can be. Dash even helped us figure out an issue with our navigation connectivity and his help was so appreciated! We've been to several Audi dealerships over the years for service, this is one of the best! More

We have owned a 2001 allroad, two 2006 A45, 2010 A4 sedan, 2010 A4 avant, 2013 S4, and 2011 Q5 which was bought brand new and maintained 100% at the dealership. An independent shop recently found that sedan, 2010 A4 avant, 2013 S4, and 2011 Q5 which was bought brand new and maintained 100% at the dealership. An independent shop recently found that the Q5 rear subframe is rotting away into dust and the car is unsafe to drive. Despite the car being in otherwise mint condition, our decades long loyalty to Audi, and having spent a fortune maintaining at the dealership, Audi will not do anything to help with this ~$7000 dollar repair. Encountered a similar issue with our Mercedes Benz C300 - Mercedes-Benz covers replacement of subframe in full. Very sad to say to STAY AWAY from Audi- they do NOT stand behind their cars, or show any appreciation for loyal customers. Audi Danbury Service Dept is excellent , but Audi USA sucks… More
Quoted us $300 for repairs and when my husband picked up the car it was an $1100 bill. When he questioned it he was told “Nate” could answer but he wasn’t there. How is it that they can charge more than tri the car it was an $1100 bill. When he questioned it he was told “Nate” could answer but he wasn’t there. The absolute worst “service“ center I’ve ever encountered. I was stuck going here for the past 4 years because he had services we already paid for, and just horrible service. then today, we s encountered. I was stuck going here for the past 4 years because he had services we already paid for, and just horrible service. then today, we still had one more oil change and maintenance and they just told my wife that they will be charging us now. I’m going to file a formal complaint with Audi against these crooks. We left and will get service elsewhere. stay far far away from this place! More
Extremely sloppy work (car handed back to me with same issues I thought would have been addressed) and extremely poor customer service follow-up (multiple phone calls and emails ignored). I am always happy with my appointments here! I came today & thought I had an online appt, but somehow it didn't go through, but Gabriel was able to get me in anyway & arranged for a rental too! Danbury Audi and Al performed above all expectations in a professional manner. At issue was an complex and massive engine warranty repair which, once fully diagnosed, was addressed immediately.
