The vehicle is always completed when promised and I have always been furnished with a loaner car. The technician Ryan is particularly talented. I should know this because I taught Automotive Technology on the vocational level for over thirty years. John Hanson makes my life easier by always accommodating my needs. During the worst of the Covid pandemic John went as far as picking up my vehicle from my home since my health situation would not allow me to come to the deanship. More
