Al Cretaci is the absolute best. He has been my mom's service representative since I was little (for almost 24 years) and for the past 8 years, has been mine too! Because of Al, I refuse to get my car serviced anywhere else and will drive all the way from Boston (where I live now) just to get my car serviced at Danbury Audi. I recently bought my first Audi on my own (my parents gifted me my first Audi, which lasted me 8 years because of Al's great service) and Al put in the extra effort to help me research the car I was hoping to buy and make sure it was a good car that would last me a long time.
