So far so good We are in the market for a new car basically seeing what is out there. The next day we found some time to visit the dealership and asked to work with Joe. Again he showed us the new Q8 and went over the features. He even took us out for a test drive. I told Joe we were just shopping at this point and he was polite and most important..NOT pushy. We left Audi and drove down the road to the BMW dealership and test drove the new X7. Decent car but the sales rep was so pushy it turned us off to that car experience. We came back to the Q8 on the same day for a second look and really like this car. Working on what options to get now. Will see how Joe treats us when the rubber meets the road during pricing. Really hoping it goes well... More

Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip.
