They have excellent customer service at Audi Danbury. I went in to schedule an oil change, and they pointed out that through Audi Care, I'd be spending a fraction of the price per oil change - saved a bunc went in to schedule an oil change, and they pointed out that through Audi Care, I'd be spending a fraction of the price per oil change - saved a bunch of money that way, and that's so appreciated. Then they gave me a $50 gift card and I was able to pick out a little ice scraper - great winter perk! More
