Al Cretaci is the absolute best. He has been my mom's service representative since I was little (for almost 24 years) and for the past 8 years, has been mine too! Whenever I have an issue or need service service representative since I was little (for almost 24 years) and for the past 8 years, has been mine too! Whenever I have an issue or need service on my car, he's always more than willing to go the extra mile to help me out and make me feel safe in my car. Because of Al, I refuse to get my car serviced anywhere else and will drive all the way from Boston (where I live now) just to get my car serviced at Danbury Audi. I recently bought my first Audi on my own (my parents gifted me my first Audi, which lasted me 8 years because of Al's great service) and Al put in the extra effort to help me research the car I was hoping to buy and make sure it was a good car that would last me a long time. His expertise and advice was extremely important in my buying decision of my second Audi. I can't say it enough - Al, you are so special. Thank you for everything! More
