Very disappointed. Told that 5 1/2 year service include significant work, but when asked for detail, it turned out to be oil change, fluid top up, and spark plug chang Told that 5 1/2 year service include significant work, but when asked for detail, it turned out to be oil change, fluid top up, and spark plug change. I was charged 5.5 hours for this, which seems ridiculous and resulted in $1500 bill. To make matters worse, they didn’t even reset maintenance light (btw they missed last time too and told me car had to be brought back to dealership). Pathetic… More
